First Place INBF Win and First Figure Competition

I want to congratulate Gina Sullivan for her awesome efforts and 1st Place WIN in her first INBF Figure Competition. She came to me in great shape already so I adjusted her nutrition, added some heavy training as well as added  fascial stretching. It worked great to put the finishing touches on her pre-contest program.

As a proud Mother of 3, Gina has overcome obstacles that stopped her from entering competition last year. Injuries that once sidelined her and kept her from training, were slowly mending. She rested against her will and was able to come back and start training lightly.

I always love to show the amazing feats individuals can pull off along with the right focus, coaching and support. I would like to give a super HUGE thanks to her supportive family as well as all the friends that helped support and encourage her. And for the ones that re-assured her that I knew what I was talking about (even when I was raising her calorie intake), thanks for being in my corner.

She won this show the end of October but I was just able to get all the video together.
