Join Christopher Mazzella, Patty Zariello, and Jeanette Waldman as they rip up their arms with one of Mazz’s “Terrific Triceps” workout at The Gym in Montvale, NJ. This is a quick glance of the exercises we did for triceps -but it is enough for you to get the idea. If you ever worried about your arms jiggling or waving in the wind way after you were done waving at someone, then get started on this workout!

Having jacked muscular triceps is also a great way to change the look of your arms in total, since the triceps muscle makes up the larger portion of your arm. If you always work hard on those biceps and your arms still look like spaghetti, then start focusing a little more on the back of those arms!

Plus, you may not get weird looks from relatives or your outlaws… I mean in-laws when you take 4-6 servings of turkey at your holiday feast to your plate. Just roll up your sleeves pick up your knife and fork in each hand, tilt your head slightly and ask,“Is there a problem?” 🙂

Ah…Sit back and enjoy the many benefits of having a “Terrific Set of Triceps”!

Way to go champs!!

triceps-before-tear

I have a slight triceps tear which has been hurting for over 2 years. I tried everything. Tried to rest it. Meds, rehab and I have also taken off time last year for an operation on the same side arm forearm – so I’ve have rested the triceps for periods of time without successful symptom relief or healing.

One of the only things left to do before getting it repaired was try PRP platelet rich plasma Injections. I’m on my 3 round of PRP injections and feel it is helping so far. I still feel a discomfort at times but seems like it is on the upswing. I also have  received  PRP Injections to my right medial epicondyle since I also had epicondylitis  for the last 2 years. Both areas at above and below the elbow have been sore since the last injections Tuesday.

I’m really babying it and not training or teaching with heavy weights. Just going moderate for another 2-3 weeks. So far so good!

Yeah!!
