    Hey man this is the first time i have looked at your website and I am Impressed. I have been working out for like 5 months now and when i started i was 260 and im 6 ft, but now i have lost around 35 pounds since i started. I was wondering if you have any tips for me or something you could give me, because i am bout to be done with the program i been doing for the past 3 and half mouths i was on. If you do thanks and I wish i could just come to your classes they look sick and something right up my ally, but unfortunately I don’t live nowhere near your gym.
