Goal Setting Action Plan
With the start of a New Year I want to make sure you are focused and ready to take on 2018 by storm.
You may be sacrificing your time, blood sweat and tears in the gym, but not necessarily getting closer to your goal.
That is not cool.
Instead, I want you to get the BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE!
And I’ve been there, working really hard on my physique with little or no change. It’s frustrating.
So to hook you up for the new year, I’m giving you my goal setting action plan.
It is a simple, easy to follow guide I want you to fillout.
Don’t let the simplicity fool you. Even though the action plan sheet is simple, it is quite effective.
The hardest thing is printing it out and filling it out (which is a breeze).
There is something that is special about SETTING a GOAL and writing it down, that makes it concrete.
Did you ever notice you have to schedule something into your day to actually do it? Yes, to say it, is one thing, to make time and schedule it, makes it real.
So, now that you know that, (and you’ve know it all along), SCHEDULE time in your week to start achieving your goal now! How brilliant!
