Nothing is going to hit harder than life. Period.
It touched me during a time when I was down and beaten up by life. I was pain ridden with full body with CRPS/RSD and wanted out of this body. I couldn’t do much because I was bedridden at the time. Rocky’s words moved me as I placed myself in the position of his son in this scene. Even though I wasn’t blaming others about why I couldnt do stuff and function in my life, I blamed my CRPS / RSD for robbing my life. It was great to get a mental kick in the butt by Rocky himself though.
I love this speech so much. It gives me chills. I can hear this speech a 1000 times and it’s still awesome.
