Before starting the Ultimate You Lifestyle Nutrition Program with Mazz, I thought I knew my body. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

I thought if I worked out I could eat what ever I wanted because I have always been petite and in “decent” shape.

In only 18 weeks he has taught me so much about myself and what my body and mind are capable of achieving.

I turned 40 in June and I can proudly say I am in better shape and stronger than I have ever been in my life, even while on the high school swim team.

I have trained with Chris Mazz for the past 6 years and he has inspired me to reach goals beyond anything I thought possible!
He has educated me in the importance of flexibility/stretching exercises and what to do to help correct my muscle imbalances. 

Many of us need in this area! I never realized how important this actually was until I suffered a neck injury which kept me from exercising for an extended period of time.

The workout is always diverse which continually keep me challenged special attention to any imbalances or weaknesses and makes corrections to those areas.
In addition, his classes are well balanced, yet challenging and lot of fun! I took one of his first Core classes over 6 years ago and I thought I would never make it through the 25-minute class! It was tough!!! 

It has become one the most important classes I can ever take! Chris is very knowledgeable in his field and extremely dedicated and compassionate about helping his clients meet their needs or goals.

He has also taught me how critical it is to have proper food intake along with correct supplementation. It definitely helped achieve my ultimate in health and wellness.
 

When I don’t follow the program…..He knows!
The workouts are challenging and he pushes you out of your comfort zone, but it’s worth the reward!

I’ve also been inspired to become a certified personal trainer.

I love how you change it up every time so that it always stays fresh. After three years of working out with you you still come up with creative new exercises. 

You make me want to come back for more every day! 3. The importance of supplements and how it ties it all together so that you can achieve optimal health. I never took any kind of vitamin before regularly. Now I do and a lot of them and I FEEL GREAT! Oh, and don’t forget: LOTS OF WATER! Thanks Mazz! You’re the best!

   Hi Mazz: First, let me say how awesome, amazing, wonderful, fabulous, this a.m.’s class was–everyone was talking about it after class. You really hit the lower body with a touch of upper. I started working with Chris Mazzella 6 years ago. I had never worked with a Personal Trainer before and didn’t know what to expect. I had hoped to find someone who could help me meet my fitness and dance goals. 6 years later, I have not only met my goals under his guidance but far exceeded them. He has shown a level of professionalism and knowledge that still amazes me. I have come to him with a number of injuries from dance and he always knows how to help me rehabilitate and teaches me how to avoid that injury again. My level of ability in dance has increased far beyond what I had hoped for. Chris has a passion and enthusiasm for training that is truly motivating.
