12:15 “Instant Flexibility”
Instant Flexibility is a stretching class which utilizing various types of stretching and flexibility tools to maximize your functional flexibility, allow freedom of movement and make you feel great! You begin with SMR (self myofascial release) which is also called foam rolling- basically a self massage with foam rollers and balls. Then you follow a series of movements that help you elongate your muscles, promote muscle awareness, increase your range of motion and open up your chi. It is NOT a stretching class that you can just relax. You will burn calories, get loose and feel awesome!
5:00 “The Core”
This is an intense 24 minutes of multi-planer movements that begin with core stabilization and core muscle activation. Next, you start to follow all kinds of movements and exercises utilizing a stability ball, felt sliders, your body weight and more. This class is sure to keep your heart pumping and your core smoking!
5:30 “Lift, Leap and Lunge
This class is always different and uses a combination of dumbbells, barbells, body bars, stability balls and more. You will first be warmed up with movement preparation and then get to business. Many members have commented on how they feel this class helped them see muscle tone and cuts they never saw before. This class is very intense and the results you get from it will have you coming back for more.
Tuesday
8:00 “The Core”

This class focuses on the lower body and core. The class always changes to challenge it participants and is strategical
ly designed to first activate your glutes and core musculature, then crush the rest of your legs. You will gain strength, endurance and muscle tone as you burn up your body.You will be sure to melt down those legs and butt from all the intense but fun exercises in the class.
Thursday
8:00 “The Core”

This class also changes all the time but focuses on not only full body strength movements but uses cardio intervals mixed in as well. This sign up class is sure to help you fire up your total body and you will feel the results that are soon to come.

Beat down your entire body with functional movements as well as an assortment of exercises that make your entire body work hard. Crank it up in between with some body weight exercises and cardio intervals for maximum fat loss. Leave the class drenched, fatigued and with a smile on your face.
